As a broadcast journalism major, my creative expression was somewhat stifled during my college experience. I believed conveying opinions, sharing reviews, and expressing emotions were just as crucial as presenting the facts when it came to keeping the audience informed. I take this approach with direct to consumer marketing. Great storytelling starts and ends with a feeling. Whatever that feeling may be, it should entice the audience to complete the desired action.
